September 25, 1998

JEN: So this job COMPLETELY undermines my faith in science, but at the same time, it'll look GREAT on med. school applications.

BEN: I know it's tough, honey, but it's time to take a guy check and decide which is more important: your MORALS or med. school.
JEN: I know, I know.

A pause.

JEN: WELL, med. school it is!
BEN: That's my little soulless capitalist...

JEN: I can't BELIEVE Ben talked me into rushing a sorority. I don't have time to TALK to these people. OH, here we go...

JEN: WELL, let's see....

JEN: I'm involved in a research program focused on the disruption of connectivity of the association cortex in neurodegenerative diseases.

JEN: I also play the oboe. See ya.

Popularity rank 4 #172. Can I bum a pencil?

November 12, 1997

JOHNNY: Hey Jen, can I bum a PENCIL?
JEN: Sure, check my bookbag....
SOUND: sniff sniff

JEN: The pockets are arranged alphabetically by category, and the items in the pockets are ordered alphabetically left-to-right. I BELIEVE pencils are in pocket THREE, "office supplies" under "writing utensils".

JOHNNY: So, are you, like, OFFICIALLY a freak? Do you have the membership card and everything? What's the word on that?
JEN: WAIT, maybe they're under "GRAPHICS tools" - "GRAPHITE-BASED".

BEN: You may WONDER why, in one and 2/3 semesters, you've never really SEEN Jen much, WELL, the answer is simple.

BEN: She's a premed.

JEN: I've been HIGHLIGHTING for 8 months.
BEN: NOW, don't sell yourself short, you used those CLICKY PENS, too.
