November 11, 1998

BEN: I'm sorry it was all a dream, Johnny, but, LOOK, it's not impossible. You'll find someone eventually...
JOHNNY: I KNOW, (sniff) I know.

BEN: Not that it MATTERS, of course... I mean, we're all going to die eventually... (sniff) nothing matters... NOTHING...

BEN: Curse you! You cruel, foul world!

JOHNNY: Note to self: never ask an existentialist to cheer you up...
BEN: (sniff) Th-thanks.

SOUND: twiddle twiddle

BEN: Well, death and destruction are a close second and third.
JOHNNY: In MY opinion, chafing's up there, too.

Popularity rank 4 #237. Expressing feelings

March 25, 1998

MO: I like to express my feelings as much as possible. I let everyone know my situation all the time. I'm unburdened and there's no question as to my stance on things.
NICK: Doesn't everybody have enough problems on their own? What if your feelings adversely affect their lives? Aren't you just shifting the burden to someone else?

MO: Well, YEAH. I call it "emotional hot potato".
NICK: I prefer "emotional JENGA".
